WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist the Product Manager in conducting market research and identifying user needs and pain points.
- Help in developing product roadmaps, feature requirements, and user stories.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Analyze product data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of product documentation, user guides, and other materials.
- Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and bug reporting.
- Any other task assigned by the Product Manager or the management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Less than one year of experience in product management or related field, or a fresh graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
