Ms. Ayesha Aziz brings over 28 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on Project and Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Private Equity. As the founding Managing Director of Pak Brunei Investment Company, she played a pivotal role in its development over 16 years, establishing it as a leading investment bank in terms of operational scope, scale, and asset quality. During her tenure, she also oversaw the formation of subsidiaries in asset management, Islamic finance, and leasing.
Ms. Aziz currently holds directorships at KSB Pumps Company Limited, Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited, and Haleon Pakistan Limited (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare). She has previously served on the boards of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited, Primus Leasing Limited, Punjab Board of Investment and Trade, and Sindh Enterprise Development Board, among others.
Her career began at ANZ Grindlays Bank, where she worked in the Merchant Banking and Treasury Markets Divisions. She was also instrumental in establishing and managing the business operations of Pak Oman Investment Company and its subsidiaries in senior managerial roles.
Ms. Aziz holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
