Eligibility Criteria

We are seeking ambitious, driven individuals with a passion for learning and growth. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with no more than 2 years of work experience.
  • Age: 21-26 years
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to drive change and innovate.
  • A strong interest in business management and leadership.

How to Apply

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our Assessment Centers for a practical assessment, during which you will be required to demonstrate your problem-solving and analytical skills.

Step 3: If selected, you will be invited for a panel interview with our recruitment/senior team.

Step 4: Successful candidates will be offered a spot in our Management Trainee Program and commence their training.

A: No, we are looking for candidates with strong potential to grow into leadership roles. Experience is a bonus but not a requirement.

Q: I am a Pakistani graduating/recently graduated from a foreign university. Can I apply?

A: Yes, you can apply. However, please note that all positions are based in Pakistan. The selection process will be the same for you except for the dates of the assessment center and panel interview, which will be communicated to you separately.
