Ms. Aziz brings over 28 years of financial sector experience in Project and Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Private Equity. As founding Managing Director, she remained associated with Pak Brunei Investment Company for 16 years and helped to position it as a leading Investment Bank in terms of scope and scale of operations as well as the quality of assets. She has also overseen the establishment of subsidiaries for asset management, Islamic finance, and leasing over this period. She holds directorship in KSB Pumps Company Limited, Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited and Haleon Pakistan Limited (previously known as Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Healthcare). In the past, she served on the Boards of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited, Primus Leasing Limited, Punjab Board of Investment and Trade, and Sindh Enterprise Development Board amongst others. Ms. Aziz started her career at ANZ Grindlays Bank and worked in Merchant Banking & Treasury Markets Divisions. She was also involved in establishing and managing business operations of Pak Oman Investment Company and its subsidiaries, in senior managerial roles
Ms. Aziz is an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration and a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
